Bush Camp for full-board guests

Hand-built and crafted, with an artistic but functional attention to detail.  The tented chalets have wonderful sunrise views of the Kafue River enjoyed from luxurious beds. The Round House is an octagonal masterpiece that combines traditional building methods with a contemporary approach to bush design, it’s a wonderful setting to dine and relax.

The views from the camp are breath-taking; palm covered islands and rocky outcrops.  The natural plunge pool in the rocks in front of the Round House has an infinity view of the river.  It’s the perfect place to cool off in the heat of the day and enjoy the river at a safe distance.

Guests enjoy personal service that revolves around them as the camp is small and intimate.

Activities include boat and fishing trips, game-drives and walking safaris.

The pristine bush and diverse wildlife of the park are on the camp’s doorstep.

Lib and Andy have created a very special and refreshingly different camp in a setting that is stunningly beautiful but natural.

Campsite for self-catered, self-drive campers

Kasabushi’s campsite is allegedly the best in Zambia, if not Southern Africa.  The spacious waterfall showers are loved by campers as are the wonderful river views that each pitch enjoys. The campsite is entirely separate from the Bush Camp. Boat trips on the river are available to campers.

Kasabushi Camp is located just off the Spinal Road which was upgraded and re-opened in 2012. It is an all-weather gravel road that links the northern and southern sectors of the park, running near the west bank of the Kafue River.
